Happy Thanksgiving Week Mamas! I hope you will get to spend some time with family and indulge a little on home cooked delights!  The cutest little baby pics come my way and this one I had to share (with permission:-) And yep baby East woke up like this! natural baby haw!.  As promised, I am offering all my blog readers a second goodie: free access to my postpartum resource guide that I only share with doula clients. I will be teaching pregnancy/postpartum yoga classes this week @ Zooga Yoga TONIGHT (Wed) @ 7:15pm and then my full weekend teaching schedule at The Moving Joint and Zooga Yoga.  (click the link below to see my full schedule)  I missed you all this past weekend, as I went out of town to visit family on the east coast.  Thank you to guest teachers Saetha Evans ,  Ivy Joeva, and  Trish Ward-Torres.

Congratulations to Jasmine Coppin and baby boy, Donato Wolf Coppin! He was born on his due date (A FULL MOON) at UCLA Santa Monica.  Labor was fairly quick!!! Congratulations to Lauren Wilson and baby girl, Miller Wilson!  “She arrived Saturday, November 7th at 11am and baby and mama are healthy and recovering!”  Congratulations to Pavlina Aleksandrova and baby girl, Petra Varge’!  She was born on Tuesday, November 18th in the evening at UCLA Westwood and mom and baby are doing well!  All three mamas attended our pregnancy yoga classes very regularly at The Moving Joint and Zooga Yoga.
