Postpartum moms are welcome and encouraged to join any of  Keya’s pregnancy yoga group classes!

If you are able to take some time out for yourself and come alone, do it!   If not, new babies (pre-crawling) are welcome and often sleep through class or make the cutest baby sounds that warm our hearts!

Modifications are offered throughout the practice to encourage you to gently begin to reconnect with your core, pelvic and vaginal floor muscles.

With your permission, we can check for diastasis and discuss healthy breathing techniques and exercises for you to do in your efforts to reconnect with your body.  If you can’t make it to class or need one-on-one time, you can also book me for a private postpartum rehab session.
