Class Descriptions



Our signature therapeutic prenatal classes use yoga postures, props, breath, movement, and mindfulness to encourage a healthy pregnancy and positive birth experience. Each class is dynamic, challenging, and safe for all levels, including beginners.






Postpartum Therapeutic Yoga & Meditation. A class for Moms (without baby) to build strength, restore, and love on those soft mushy parts.






All levels Therapeutic Yoga for Women in all stages.  A Mindful Flow to build strength, with generous use of props and long restorative holds for good reproductive health.  This class is great for women who are preparing to get pregnant, women beyond childbearing,  and women in peri-menopause/menopause. Pregnant women are also welcome to join this class but must let teacher know, so that modifications can be given for certain postures.


Baby and Me Yoga & Meditation (6 weeks to pre-crawling): A class for Mom and/or Dad and Baby to build strength while practicing playful yoga with their baby.

BABIES AT OM  Meditation

Babies At Om Meditation Group: a kid-safe meditation class for babies 6 weeks – pre-crawling. A space for parents to come and meditate within whatever “distractions” come along with our little ones.

BREATH & SOUND Meditation

Deepen your practice using simple breath and sounding techniques for connection. This class is perfect for beginners curious about meditation and its magical influence during labor.
